Welcome to QardHasana. These Terms govern your use of our website, Hadiya widget, and services. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Agreements

2.1 For Hadiya Givers

As a Giver, you agree that your Hadiya is a voluntary gift made out of goodwill and accept the required disclaimer. Hadiya are processed through Stripe and subject to its terms.

2.2 For Hosts

As a Host, you agree to receive donations for legitimate purposes, remain responsible for your content, and comply with applicable laws.

3. Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to misuse the Platform through fraud, illegal activity, misrepresentation, harassment, or use outside its intended Sharia-compliant purposes.

4. Host Approval and Account Management

All Host applications are subject to review. We may approve or reject applications and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

5. Donation Terms and Refund Policy

Hadiya are non-refundable. In exceptional cases of proven fraud or technical error, QardHasana may facilitate a refund. Donations are in USD and must be between $10 and $500.

6. Liability and Dispute Resolution

The Platform is provided as is without warranties. QardHasana is not liable for damages or losses related to use of the services. Disputes will be resolved according to applicable law and binding arbitration where appropriate.

7. Sharia Compliance

QardHasana is designed to facilitate transactions in a manner compliant with Sharia principles, including prohibiting riba and ensuring ethical use of funds. We are not a religious authority.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
